Stephanie T. Sullivan is the 2002 Women's Initiatives Committee Past Chair. She is currently a Quality Operations Compliance Coordinator with
Merck & Co., Inc.'s Manufacturing Division, supporting pharmaceutical tablet manufacturing. Stephanie holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the
University of Notre Dame and a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from
North Carolina State University. The mother of Brooke Elisabeth (born October 2000) and Breanna Lynn (born March 2002), she also helps her husband in her free time with his at-home business - a tennis club
www.pinerocktennis.com. She joined the AIChE WIC efforts in 1997, serving as 1998 WIC Visibility Subcommittee Chair, 1999 WIC Secretary, 2000 WIC Vice Chair and 2000 National Meeting
WIC Inaugural Session Co-Chair, 2001 WIC Chair and Chair of
WIC's technical sessions at the 2001 AIChE National Meeting. At the 2001 National Meeting, her three-year appointment to the
AIChE Societal Impact Operating Council was announced.
